To start a message, click on the “arrow” on the audio icon of the message you want to listen to (be patient, depending on your connection speed, it may take up to a couple of minutes to download the audio file to your computer). Once the message has started, if you want to listen to the message in full screen mode, click the right mouse button while the cursor is on the audio icon and then select “Zoom” and then “Full Screen”. To exit full screen mode, press the “Escape” key or click the “Exit full screen mode” in the lower right corner of the screen.
